Well, friends, we are heading into full Summer mode this Sunday! Our concert series wrapped up a couple weeks ago, last Sunday we wrapped another season in the Narrative Lectionary with Pentecost Sunday, Memorial Day has come and gone, and this Sunday is our first in the first of three Summer Series. We will spend the next four weeks in the beautiful Book of Ruth. It’s a short book (only 4 chapters), and is of course about Ruth, but it’s more than just about her: It’s about people, how and why we connect, love, loyalty, suffering, perseverance, friendship… I’m excited to dig into it. -Pastor Paul
