PPUMC is committed to providing Christian Education opportunities for all age groups through Sunday School, Adventure Group, Confirmation, Intergenerational activities, and Adult Education, as well as a variety of other small groups.

Wednesday Evening Lenten activities begin on Ash Wednesday, February 6th and continue each week until Easter. Join us for a light supper at 6:00 pm, followed by a variety of activities for all ages. On Ash Wednesday, we’ll be making clay pots as a part of a short worship service! See the Lent & Easter web page for more details.

Sunday School

Spring session will begin on April 13th and runs through May 4th.

All parents or other interested people are welcome to lead a Sunday School group! We will be using the “Seasons of the Spirit” curriculum this term.

Adventure Club

Grade school youth meet once per month for special activities. Visit the Adventure Club web page for the calendar of events.

Confirmation Group

Confirmation youth, mentors and parents have several activities planned for the winter session. To view the complete schedule, please visit the Confirmation Calendar web page.

Young Adults

Join with other young adults (college age & ??) to discuss topics that are of interest to the group. See the Calendar or Adult Ed pages for specific activities.

Christian Education Committee

The next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 19th at 7:00 pm. We welcome anyone to these meetings and would especially love to have parents attend to give input. We also need new members on the committee. Please join us!

Family Fun Tip

All the local libraries in throughout the Metro Counties are participating in a Museum Pass Program, where you check out a pass to any museum you would like for 7 days, just like a book. Up to four people can get free admission per pass. Visit your local library for more info and a way to appreciate some of our areas great museums!
